Therapy In Nature
The sights, sounds, smells and feel of nature can add a significant dimension to the therapeutic process. If being in nature makes it easier for you to ‘clear your head’, then this could be the best option for you.
Please be aware that you will need to sign in to book a session. Sign in details are created after the Discovery Call.

Please also be aware that session location may need to change at short notice if weather conditions make outdoor work impractical.
